Trezor® Account Recovery relies on your recovery seed phrase. If you lose or forget your PIN, you can restore funds on a new device using that phrase. There is no vendor-side 2FA reset because Trezor® stores secrets locally — phrases like "Trezor 2fa reset" usually refer to resetting two-factor tokens held on a device or app. Always back up your recovery phrase securely; it is the only way to restore access.
